Cristen Dawson

Cristen's design background stems from her training in architecture where she first learned how to thoughtfully solve people-centric problems utilizing new technological tools such as parametric design and robotics. In 2013 she transitioned from architecture to product design, joining Expedia as the first female designer in their mobile division. While there, her award-winning designs spanned from creating the very first Apple Watch apps for Expedia and FlightTrack, to redesigning the Expedia app home screen and navigation. Her experience in global travel and architecture has inspired how she has navigated her work at Facebook where her focus has been on supporting small businesses and communities across the world.
